4 cups chopped Napa cabbage
1/2 cup chopped scallion
1 medium tomato, seeds and excess pulp removed
1 cup chopped or shredded chicken
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 pressed medium cloves garlic
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Chop cabbage, scallion and place in a bowl.
Cut tomato in half and squeeze out seeds, pulp, and slice into thin strips
Whisk together dressing ingredients
Toss with cabbage, tomato, and scallion
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve and enjoy.
