1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil;
5 or 6 thinly sliced harkurei turnips;
2 teaspoons curry powder;
1 teaspoon salt;
1 lemon, one half cut into wedges.
Sauté the onion in the oil until translucent.
Add the turnips, the curry powder and salt and cook until everything is tender.
Squeeze one of half of the lemon over the dish;
Serve with a lemon wedge and enjoy.
