Sage Tea

Great way to help treat colds and sore throats.

Sage Tea




  • 1/8 cup fresh sage leaves

  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

  • 1/8 cup fresh mint leaves

  • juice from quarter of a lemon

  • 1 cup water


  1. Bring the water to a boil and let it sit for a minute

  2. Crush the sage and mint leaves in your hands to release their oils

  3. Add all ingredients together in tea pot (a Pyrex measuring cup works great)

  4. Cover with a tea towel for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Strain and enjoy

  6. Recommendations are to enjoy 1 - 2 cups per day
