1 lb quartered cauliflower florets
5 tablespoons chicken or vegetable broth
1 teaspoon turmeric
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 chopped cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat broth in a stainless steel skillet on medium heat.
When broth begins to steam, add cauliflower and turmeric and cover.
Cook until al dente, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients
Toss cauliflower in the dressing while still hot
