Sautéed Cauliflower with Turmeric

Sautéed Cauliflower with Turmeric




  • 1 lb quartered cauliflower florets

  • 5 tablespoons chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 2 chopped cloves garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat broth in a stainless steel skillet on medium heat.

  2. When broth begins to steam, add cauliflower and turmeric and cover.

  3. Cook until al dente, about 5 minutes.

  4. In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients

  5. Toss cauliflower in the dressing while still hot

  6. Serve and Enjoy


  • Add chopped cashews

  • Add Parmesan cheese

  • Add chopped cilantro

  • Add Mango chutney
